DESIGNER OPTION:

A thoughtful design results in a functional and aesthetic space. If you are having difficulty developing a new layout or simply want more inspiration, a consult with one of our designers will prove to be very beneficial. A trip fee is charged for the design consultation. Various designer packages are available to our clients to accommodate specific needs. Fees vary for this service and will be explained during your initial design consultation. No commiment is required for the design consultation and the trip fee will be re-imbursed should you decide to go ahead with a cabinet order.

Initially, a design consultation establishes your likes, and needs so a concept can be created. Preliminary had sketches may be used to help you visualize the layout options discussed. Details such as door styles, materials, features, appliances, lighting, plumbing and cabinet hardware are some of the items covered. Should you decide to initiate plans with the designer, the information is taken to the design office and a detailed plan is developed that shows elevations and perspective views and some options to consider. A portion of the design fee is re-imbursed to clients placing orders.

Designer packages can also help with the trades people and other suppliers that may be involved for such items like framing, lighting, plumbing, rough-ins, flooring etc. If you are interested in having our designer involved in the whole renovation/building process, fees for peripheral design services are implemented.

Our professional design service can assist you with various stages of your project and fees are determined by your needs. With cabinet purchase, our designers can be commissioned to do as much or little of your building or remodeling project as you wish, including complete interior details, floor coverings, window dressing, furnishings and lighting.

THE RENOVATION and MANUFACTURING PROCESS:

Whether we are using your own design or you decide to work with our designers to establish the design, a quotation will be supplied to you. This quote will be based on materials, layout, basic appliance details, counter selection etc. A deposit is required to implement the order and an expected time frame is set up.

We will require specific details for the appliances and plumbing. If you have chosen to work with a designer, they will assist you along the way. With all the final details in our hands, we will create the working plan. This plan is used to supply the information to our state-of-the art cabinet computer and to assist the craftsmen in our shop who build and finish your cabinets. The actual manufacturing process can average 4-6 weeks.Our finishing carpenters are sent to professionally install your cabinets into the prepared spaces. The time for this also varies as all kitchens have various levels of complexity. We finish the installation by installing counters, appliances and plumbing hook ups as you request.

The renovation process differs from client to client and can be days or months depending on your time frame and details. If renovation is involved, we can provide this service using our professional carpenters or you can hire your own contractor.
